Calls — What is the timeline for porting my number?
Once our porting team has raised your request with your previous provider, there is a wait time of 12 working days. Please note that this timeframe is not decided by us, but is the time the losing provider informs us the port request will take. The wait time can be shortened depending on the speed at which your old provider can port the number over, and we will notify you of this.
During this time you must not cancel your service with your previous provider, as this may cause the port in progress to terminate and you will lose your number. Once the port over is complete, we will then notify you. At that point, you are then able to cancel your old service.
