Calls — Can I use the Calls service for any medical alarms?

For some of our more vulnerable customers, medical alarms are a set of devices that are able to be a lifeboat in scenarios where they cannot reach a handset directly, or have the stability to hold onto a phone for an extended period of time.

As landline over broadband is still a new and transforming technology, many medical alarm providers do not yet officially support connecting their devices over an internet connection. There are a number of medical alarms that do officially support landline over broadband services such as our Calls package, however this is a case by case situation and we advise that you reach out to your medical alarm provider before considering taking up our Calls package.
