Calls — How can you help maintain Calls for Vulnerable customers?
For those on our network that are more vulnerable who require constant access to their telephone line in the event of a power cut, we provide an external battery backup device that will provide you with constant connection to the internet.
This allows you to continue to be able to contact emergency services as well as carers and family during the power cut.
This is at no additional cost for those who require access to it and plugs into your CFL modem to keep you online and reachable.
In case of an Internet outage the only way you have to contact emergency services or family will be your mobile phone.
