Calls — How can I set up my Calls service?

If you have chosen your CFL Voice service at the point of sale, there is nothing you need to do — your installation engineer will install your Voice services at the same time as activating your internet.

If you decide to take up our CFL Voice service at a later date, we will send you your CFL Voice adapter. The great news is that the adapter is plug-and-play. To get started, connect your phone adapter as shown in the diagram below:

All you will then need to do is then turn the adapter and your phone handset on, and your Voice service will be up and running.
