Calls — Can I make calls when there is a power cut?

As our Community Fibre Calls package is powered by our super fast full-fibre network, your Calls service will temporarily be unavailable during a power cut. This is because your broadband service, which powers the Calls package, will be temporarily disconnected from the Internet. However, if you already use the Community Fibre calls app, you should still be able to make and receive calls during a power cut, provided your mobile phone has sufficient mobile data.
