Linksys Router - How do I log in to Linksys app or open Linksys Now dashboard?

If you have a WiFi 5 or WiFi 6 router (square-shaped on top) you can follow the options directly below to manage and monitor your network settings. If you have a WiFi 7 router (droplet-shaped on top), follow the advice further down the page.

Log in to Linksys app if you have a WiFi 5 or WiFi 6 router (square-shaped on top):

To login, simply follow the steps in our handy step-by-step guide below.

  1. Download the Linksys app

a. iOS: Download the Linksys App from the App Store.

b. Android: Download the Linksys App from the Play Store.

  1. Tap Manage Your Wi-Fi (iOS) or Log in (Android).
  2. Select ‘Use Router Password’

  1. Click ‘Reset Password’

  1. Enter the 5-digit recovery key, which can be found on the label under the router, then click ‘Submit’.

  1. Enter a new router password and hint (optional) then click ‘Reset’. The password is case-sensitive.

  1. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the dashboard. To see your options, tap the menu icon on the top left-hand side of the dashboard.

Open the Linksys Now dashboard if you have a WiFi 7 router (droplet-shaped on top):  

  1. Connect your mobile device or computer to the router’s WiFi name. The default WiFi credentials are located at the bottom of the router connected to your modem.
  2. Open the Linksys Now dashboard.
  3. Enter your router’s password. The default password is the same as the default WiFi password located on the bottom of the router connected to the modem. The password is case-sensitive. If you need to reset the password, click on Forgot password to create a new one.
  4. You will then land on your router's Linksys Now dashboard.
