Switching from Sky
Q: I am a Sky customer, am I impacted by the Sky price rise?
A: The majority of Sky's broadband and pay TV customers will see the price of their current deal increase by an average of 6.2% (excludes Sky's Broadband Basics social tariff). You will receive a notification from Sky if you are impacted which outlines the increase you will receive.
Q: I am in contract with Sky and not due to come out of contract in the next 30 days, can I cancel?
A: If you're affected by the price increase, you are allowed to cancel your Broadband contract for free, but you must do this within 30 days of receiving the price rise notification.
Q : Will you cancel my Sky Broadband Contract?:
A: We can cancel your services with Sky and you don’t need to talk to them; we will arrange to have Sky switch off when our service is up and running so there is no risk of being without service by putting in a One Touch Switching (OTS) request.
Q: How can I contact Sky to cancel?:
A: Speak to Sky customer services by calling or using their webchat.
