How do I return your equipment if I cancel?

We’re sorry to hear you’re thinking of leaving. We’d always recommend you speak to us before making that decision so we can try and sort out any issue that is making you consider leaving. If you have, then:

  1. Once we are informed you will be cancelling, we will automatically add a charge for equipment to your account. a) Routers - £56 per router

b) Optical Network Terminal (ONT) connected to the main router - £40

c) Voice ATA (adapter) box which will be connected to your phone - £30

d) Netgem TV box - £80

e) Netgem TV remote control - £15

  1. We will then send you a returns label, as well as packaging for you to return all our equipment to us.
  2. Once we have received all your equipment, we will credit back any monies paid in your next invoice.
