Can I join Community Fibre?​

All our 100% full fibre services are available for anyone aged 18 or older and is located within our live network – so it's best to first check your postcode to see if we are available at your location.​

Then switching is quick and easy:

  1. First choose if you would like Community Fibre to cancel your existing provider on your behalf, or if you want to speak to them directly to do it. We recommend you leave it all to us,​
  2. Take your pick from our range of Fibre Broadband and Premium packages, build your bundle with any optional services (such as TV, Security and Calls),​
  3. Select your preferred installation date and time,​
  4. On the day of your installation, our engineer will get you up and running within two hours.​
