I want to be a customer - How do I cancel with my existing provider?
If you have decided to leave your existing provider and join the Community Fibre family, we cannot wait to have you on board and we will make the process smooth for you. We will talk to your existing provider and arrange everything with them on your behalf including a seamless handover of service so their broadband only shuts off when ours is up and running guaranteeing that you are never without service.
Alternatively, if you want to cancel directly with your current provider, you'll usually need to give them at least 30 days' notice and pay your full final bill. However, we recommend checking your contract first to be sure of the terms for cancellation.
Please note: If you cancel directly with your current provider Community Fibre cannot be held responsible if they fail to cancel your service before your services start with us.
