I am out of contract, what are my options?

If your Community Fibre contract is coming to an end, we will notify you via email about what your options are.

We will get in touch via email hen your contract is coming to an end and give you additional information on any of the following options available to you:

  1. To switch to a flexible, 30-day monthly rolling contract and pay just an extra £4/month on top of your broadband package price.
  2. To renew your broadband contract with us and keep saving with our competitive broadband packages - we're cheaper than BT, Sky and Virgin Media and offer the fastest speeds in London - up to 3,000 Mbps.

3.Say goodbye with no hurt feelings. If you find a deal from another broadband provider that suits you better, you will need to let us know at least 30 days in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
