I haven't received my Wellness Rewards card

If eligible, you will receive your Wellness Rewards card 90 days after your successful installation. The email will come directly from Wellness Rewards, so keep a lookout for an email from contact@wellnessrewards.co.uk. You should also add this email address to your contacts to avoid it going into your junk/spam folders. If after 90 days, you still have not received your email, please get in touch with our team via chat or by submitting a request.

Will I be charged for my Wellness Rewards card?

Absolutely not. Wellness Rewards themselves don't hold any bank details for their customers and we will not charge you at any point. It's simply a gift from us to you.

What offers will I receive with my card?

With Wellness Rewards, you get access to thousands of savings, rewards and other discounts. Please refer to the Wellness Rewards website for full details and the official FAQs.

When will my Wellness Rewards expire?

It will expire two years after it has been issued. However, if you cancel your Community Fibre subscription before then, you will also lose access to your Wellness Rewards card.

Can I extend or renew my card?

You are welcome to renew it after its two-year expiry date, which you can do directly on the Wellness Rewards website
