How do I log in to My Account?

You’ll now be able to access your Community Fibre online account by logging in using the details we emailed over to you. We are currently rolling out this service to all our customers, so please wait to receive your email before you try to log in — you’ll know it’s from us as the sender will be noreply@communityfibre.co.uk.

The email will include a link where you can set your password and get started using My Account. It will look similar to the below image:

Can’t find your log in email?

We’ll send your login information to the email address you gave us when signing up to Community Fibre service.

If you cannot find the email, please check your junk/spam folder. If your email is not there either, you can give us a call on 0808 175 0876 from Monday to Friday, 8am -9pm, weekends and bank holidays, 9am - 7pm or submit a request here and we can send you a new email.
