My Account - How do I log in?

Already registered?

If you already have a My Account, simply log in using your email address and password.

Need to create an account?

If you haven’t registered for My Account yet, don’t worry – it’s quick and simple to do. Click here to create an account and make sure you have the following to hand:

  • Your email address

  • Your Community Fibre account number (which can be found in your order confirmation email or any bill)

  • The mobile number registered to the account

  • The address where your broadband is installed

Once you’ve successfully provided these details, we will send you a registration email with a link requesting you to create a password for your account. Confirm your password and you’re all set.

What you can do in My Account

Once logged in you can take advantage of these My Account features:

  • View and download your bills: Access bills from February 2025 onwards, any time you need them.

  • View your plan:  See your package details and update your contact number. 

  • Manage your preferences:  Opt-in for exclusive offers and customer discounts. 

  • Refer a Friend: Access your unique link to earn rewards.
