Where do I get my Refer a Friend code from?

The code can be accessed by customers through My Account. You will be required to create an account, if you haven't already done so, then log-in. Navigate to the 'Refer a Friend' section and your code will be presented to you.

How do my friend and I qualify to receive the Gift Card?

Your friend must place the order directly through the link that you have supplied to be eligible for the Refer a Friend programme. If the link is not used, the offer will not be fulfilled. The full Terms and Conditions of the offer can be found here.

Can I order through the Refer a Friend link and also receive an offer I've seen on an Affiliate?

No, the Refer a Friend offer is not applicable through any Affiliate links. The only way to redeem the Refer a Friend offer is by ordering through the unique link.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No, you can refer as many friends to Community Fibre as you like.

When will we get our Gift Cards?

The Gift Cards will be sent to you both 90 days from the friend being (successfully) installed. We have a strict validation period and the Gift Cards will be sent once this process has taken place and can not be fast-tracked through contacting us.

How will I receive my Gift Card?

The Gift Card will be sent via our Gift Card partner, Giftcloud, from the email address no-reply@giftcloud.com.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

The retailers currently offered on our Gift Cards are as follows: Amazon, Tesco, John Lewis, Sainsbury's, Selfridges, Boots, M&S, Cineworld, Morrisons, ASDA, Love2shop, Harvester, Toby Cavery, Xbox (on campaigns up to £50), Greggs, Iceland, Primark, ALDI, Curry's, Argos, and Uber Eats (correct as of 05.03.2025)

What do I do if I haven't received my Gift Card?

If it has been under 90 total days since your (successful) installation date then sit back and wait for the Gift Card email. If it has been over 90 total days since your (successful) installation then please check your spam/junk folder as often the Gift Card emails can end up there. If you can't locate the email then please submit a request via contact form so we can look into this and get back to you.

What happens after I receive my Gift Card email?

You will have 90 days to activate your gift card, and then a further year to spend it.
