What are the reward tiers?

What does the monthly spend include?
Total monthly spend is inclusive of broadband, bundles and add ons. It doesn’t include any setup fees or installation costs e.g. Fibre to your room.
What happens if my friend upgrades their package after they’ve signed up?
The final package price (and therefore Gift Card value) will be calculated at the point the Gift Card is issued.
When will we receive our Gift Card?
90 days after your friend's successful installation, you both will receive an email from Giftcloud on how to claim your Gift Cards from a range of retailers. (If you or your friend don't receive the email from Giftcloud, please check your junk/spam folder.) You then have a further 90 days to activate your gift card and then a further year to spend it. What does my friend need to do once I’ve referred them?
Your friend needs to make sure that they buy a broadband plan online by following your unique referral link.
What do I do if I haven’t got my reward?
Once you have bought a broadband plan with us, we’ll need to do some checks before you and your friend both get rewarded. If you haven’t received your rewards, you should check that you’ve both met the terms of the promotion:
- Did you place your Broadband order by following your friends link to register for the refer a friend reward?
- Is it more than 90 days since your successful installation and activation?
- Are you and your friend up to date on all your bill payments?

Can I refer a friend who is already with Community Fibre?
You can refer anyone who doesn't have broadband with us. When you refer a friend, they need to take out a new broadband account by buying an eligible plan online.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, you can refer as many friends to Community Fibre as you like.
Please take note of the following promotion terms:
- You must use a valid referral link when purchasing your broadband with or without TV, Calls or Security services.
- The offer is only applicable for purchases online. You and your friend must be outside of their 14-day cooling-off period and must still be with Community Fibre.
- You and your friend must have paid at least one full bill excluding any free periods since you joined.
- Your friend must have been successfully installed and activated.
- You will both receive an email with instructions on how to claim your Gift Card 90 days after the friend’s installation and activation.
