Supercard frequently asked questions

I haven't received my Supercard

We will send your Supercard to 60 days after your successful installation/renewal date. The email will come directly from Supercard (via noreply@mail.supercardservices.com), so please add this email address to your contact to make sure it doesn't go into your junk/spam folders. If after 60 days, you still have not received your Supercard email, please get in touch with our team via chat or by submitting a request.

Will I be charged for my Supercard?

Absolutely not. Supercard themselves don't hold any bank details for their customers and we will not charge you at any point. It's simply a gift from us to you.

Will I receive Supercard Blue or Black?

You will receive a Supercard Blue. You can find out more information on it here.

What offers will I receive with my Supercard?

With Supercard Blue, you get access to thousands of savings, rewards and other discounts. Please refer to the Supercard website for full details and the official Supercard FAQs.

When will my Supercard expire?

Your Supercard will expire after two years after it has been issued.

Can I extend or renew my Supercard?

You are welcome to renew your Supercard after its two-year expiry date. Please contact Supercard customer services on 0330 124 1223 or email hello@mysupercard.co.uk and they'll be happy to help.

Can I cancel my Supercard?

If you have already received the Supercard and would like to cancel, please contact Supercard customer services on 0330 124 1223 or email hello@mysupercard.co.uk and they'll be happy to help close the account. If you have not yet received it and would like to cancel, please reach out to a member of our team via chat or submit a request.

I received a Supercard email but didn't opt for it?

We like to show our customers that we appreciate them. Supercard is simply our gift to you and will cost you nothing. However, if you have received a Supercard and did not opt in for it, we apologise for any inconvenience.
