TV — The remote control isn't working, what should I do?

Check and replace the batteries – remove the back cover, insert a fresh set the correct way round.

Remove obstructions – ensure a clear line of sight between the remote and the puck.

Re-pair the remote – go to ‘System Settings’ (gear icon) → ‘Remotes and accessories’ → + ‘Pair accessory’, and follow the on-screen instructions.
