TV — Can you guide me through the on-screen setup?

Once your puck is connected to your TV and powered on, the setup process is relatively quick. Follow the steps below:

Pair remote – press and hold the ‘Back’ key and the ‘Home’ key on your remote simultaneously for 5–10 seconds until pairing completes.

Select language – choose your preferred language for the on-screen menus and prompts. Quick setup – complete WiFi and Google login quickly using an Android phone or continue and enter details directly on the TV screen.

Connect to WiFi – select your network from the list and enter your password.

Firmware update – an essential update for the puck's hardware. If no update is found, you'll move straight to the next step.

Google login – log in with your existing Google Account to access the Play Store and smart features. Accept terms – read and accept Google's Terms of Service to continue.

Google services – accept or deselect optional settings such as ‘use location’ and ‘help improve Android’ (diagnostics).

Set up Google Assistant – follow the prompts to enable Assistant features such as search across apps.

Install apps – choose to install some, all, or none of the suggested popular apps.

Feature overview – a quick overview of the puck's main Android TV features.

Software update – updates to channels, menus and videos are applied here if available.

Community Fibre TV terms & conditions – scroll down, select ‘OK for me’ and enter the pairing code shown on screen into the specified webpage.

Freely setup – enter a memorable 4-digit Parental PIN, then your postcode (first three digits are enough).

Home page loads shortly after – your puck is ready to use.
