TV — How do I reset my parental control pin?

If you've forgotten the 4-digit Parental Control PIN set during initial setup, contact our support team to reset it – the PIN is required to access restricted content or change safety settings.

Step 1: Obtain a unique Master PIN

Contact our support team via chat or phone.

Explain you've forgotten your PIN and need a Unique Master PIN for your puck.

Our team will provide one – it's valid only until the end of that day, so use it promptly.

Step 2: Set your new PIN

Go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Parental Controls’ on your puck.

When prompted for your PIN, enter the Unique Master PIN provided by support.

Select ‘Set a new Parental Control PIN code’ and enter the Master PIN once more.

Enter a new, memorable 4-digit PIN and confirm it.

Your new PIN is now saved and active – store it safely.
