TV — How do I fix buffering and/or poor picture quality?

Buffering and dropped picture quality are usually caused by a slow or inconsistent internet connection, since Community Fibre TV streams directly over WiFi.

Restart your router – unplug for 30 seconds, plug back in, and wait for all lights to become stable before using the puck.

Check your WiFi signal – move the puck closer to the router.

Reduce network congestion as your bandwidth is shared across all the connected devices in the household – close other apps, games or streaming services running on other devices to free up bandwidth.
