IP Address - Can I get a Public IP as an add-on without upgrading?

All customers who sign up or renew from 04/06/2026 will be on CGNAT. A public IP can be added for £4 per month to any broadband package, which will also allow you to port forward. You can contact our friendly team to add this to your service.
