IP Address - Can I get a Public IP as an add-on without upgrading?

You will be assigned a public IP when on the 2.5 Gbps Premium and 5 Gbps Premium packages. This also allows you to port forward.

If you are on a different speed package, a public IP can be added for £4 per month. You can contact our friendly team to add this to your service.
