Port Forwarding - Is it available?

Port forwarding is available on the standard 3 Gbps package and the 3 Gbps Premium package (for the existing customers), for new customers up to 03/06/2026 it is only available on 2.5 Gbps Premium and 5 Gbps Premium as you will be allocated a Public IP address. All customers who sign up or renew since 04/06/2026 will be assigned onto CGNAT – however, a public IP can be added for £4 per month. You can contact our friendly team to add this to your service.
