Port Forwarding - Is it available?

Port forwarding is available on the 3 Gbps and 3 Gbps Premium packages for existing customers. For new customers, it is only available on the 2.5 Gbps Premium and 5 Gbps Premium packages, as these include a public IP address.

If you are on a different speed package, a public IP can be added for £4 per month. You can contact our friendly team to add this to your service. We don’t block any ports.
