IP Address - What IP address will I be assigned?

CGNAT:

You will be assigned this when on packages below or equal to 2.5 Gbps (not including 2.5 Gbps Premium). Business customers can still request a static IP on speed packages below or equal to 1 Gbps.

Dynamic/Public IP:

You will be assigned this IP when on the 2.5 Gbps Premium and 5 Gbps Premium packages. This also allows you to port forward. If you are on a different speed package, a public IP can be added for £4 per month. You can contact our friendly team to add this to your service.

Static IP:

These are offered to business accounts only. Please see the article IP Address – Can I get a static IP address with Community Fibre.
