I want to be a customer - How do I cancel with my existing provider?

If you have decided to leave your existing provider and join the Community Fibre family, we cannot wait to have you on board and will try to make this process as smooth as possible.

You'll usually need to give your current provider at least 30 days' notice and pay your final month bill. However, we recommend checking your contract first to be sure of the terms for cancellation.
