How is the cancellation (Early Termination) fee calculated?
Your Early Termination Fee is calculated by multiplying your monthly bill by the number of months remaining on your contract.
For example, if your monthly bill is £25 and you have four months left, your cancellation fee would be £100. You can find more details in our Terms and Conditions.
Your final bill may also include charges if any Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) is not returned. We will automatically add these costs to your account and, once you return the equipment, we will credit these back to you. The applicable charges are:
- Router: £56 per router
- Optical Network Terminal (ONT): £40 (connected to the main router)
- Voice ATA (adapter): £30 (connected to your phone)
- Netgem TV box: £80
- Netgem TV remote control: £15
