Why is GoCardless no longer on my bill statement?
We're changing our bank, moving from GoCardless to HSBC. This means that you'll now see "Community Fibre" on your bank statement, instead of "GoCardless" as before.
Why are we changing bank?
We're upgrading our payment systems to help improve our service to you and provide a better customer experience.
In the long run, we'll be able to share this information with our Customer Service team so they can assist you with any payment queries, and in time, you'll be able to manage your payments directly through your online account.
Do I need to do anything?
Not at all. You don't need to do anything, we'll do the heavy lifting. We're still using the BACS Direct Debit system, the only difference is that we're changing the bank we work with for processing. This will ensure that there is no disruption to you or your payments.
Similarly, there will be no changes to your billing or agreement with us.
