Billing - how can I change my direct debit?
Changing your Direct Debit has never been easier. Log in to our 'My Account' online service. Once logged in, click on the Billing tab in the top menu.

At the bottom of this page, under your Upcoming and Most Recent Bill, you will see an option to manage your Direct Debit details. Simply click the green Manage Direct Debit.
Under current payment details click Change Direct Debit Details.
This will bring up a form for you to input your new details. Remember to read the Terms and Conditions as well as the Direct Debit Guarantee. Your Direct Debit is confirmed once the page displays a confirmation ‘You are all set!’. You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
Please note once confirmed, your new Direct Debit will be effective from your next invoice date.
