Do you accept any other payment methods?

We currently only accept payments made via current account Direct Debit (Direct Debits from Savings or Cash accounts are not accepted).

Our Terms and Conditions require you to have a Direct Debit in place to pay your bill. However, if you need to make an additional payment or change your payment details, please contact our Customer Service team via chat or by submitting a request.
