What do I do if my Android device has trouble establishing a network connection?
- Check your Access Point Name (APN) and data roaming settings and data roaming settings - the most common cause is the data roaming option being off or APN being incorrect. (See also ‘How do I configure my APN settings?’)
- Check your signal - low bars often indicate poor local coverage. Try moving to a more open area or closer to a window if indoors. Network performance may vary even within a few blocks due to carrier coverage and congestion.
- Restart your device - a quick restart will initiate a new connection attempt to the local serving antenna. The restart will also re-initiate the eSIM functionality.
