Unlimited UK eSIM: What happens if I don’t pay?

If a payment fails:

  • Your service will be suspended (no data, no inbound or outbound calls and no texts – 999 calls will still be allowed).

  • You can update your payment details in the app and retry a payment.

  • If payment is still not made within two weeks, your service will be terminated.

After termination:

  • Your number is held for 30 days. During this time, you can transfer it using a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC).

  • After 30 days, your number cannot be recovered.
