Unlimited UK eSIM: What does “unlimited” really mean?
Our unlimited plans are designed for individual, personal use only. They are intended for standard, everyday activities, such as web browsing, streaming, social media, and personal communication. We have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) reviewed on calendar month basis, and we monitor the network to ensure that a small number of users do not negatively impact the experience for the majority.
If we suspect your usage falls outside of reasonable personal use, we will take the following steps:

Notification: We will contact you to advise that your usage is unreasonably high and ask you to moderate your behaviour.

Service-specific restriction: If the behaviour continues following our notification, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict, or suspend the specific service being overused (e.g., data, calls, or texts) for that calendar month.

Continued access: Any restriction applied will be limited to the service in breach. For example, if your data service is suspended for excessive use, your ability to make standard calls and send texts will remain unaffected.

Emergency services: Your ability to make emergency calls (e.g. call 999) will never be affected by FUP restrictions.
