Unlimited UK eSIM: How does the Community Fibre loyalty discount work?

If you have an active Community Fibre residential broadband account:

  • You receive £2 off per eSIM each month

  • Maximum of 15 discounted eSIMs per household

  • The discount applies only while your broadband remains active and you are up to date on payments.

The discounted eSIM must:

  • Be used primarily by someone living at the broadband property

  • Be used in a way consistent with residential personal use

If broadband is cancelled or eligibility requirements aren’t met, the discount will be removed.

We may request reasonable proof of residency at the property where Community Fibre Broadband is provided if abuse is suspected.
