Unlimited UK eSIM: How do I request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) or Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC)?

To receive your PAC or STAC code, you must text the following from your current SIM with the number you want to keep (if you text from your new Community Fibre eSIM or temporary number, the request won’t work):

• Text PAC to 65075 if you want to keep your number.

• Text STAC to 65075 if you want to cancel and get a new number with your new provider.

• Text INFO to 65075 if you’d like details about your current contract

You’ll usually receive your code by SMS within 60 seconds, and it will be valid for 30 days.
