Unlimited UK eSIM: Can I get a refund?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase.

You can receive a full refund (which you can initiate on the Community Fibre eSIM app) only if:

  • You cancel within 14 days and

  • The eSIM has not been activated

Once the eSIM has been activated, refunds are not available.
