Can all devices use Community Fibre’s BetterRoaming for cheaper roaming overseas?

The short answer is “yes”. But in some cases, you may have an older device that is ‘locked’ by your mobile provider to prevent you using other cheaper products like ours.

The good news is that mobile phone companies have been banned from selling locked phones for many years (for example, O2 have sold unlocked iPhones since 2018). The extra good news is that, if your phone is still locked by a major provider, you can ask them to unlock it.
