End of contract and out of contract price increases FAQs
What happens to my broadband price at the end of my contract?
Unlike other providers, we believe it is wrong to skyrocket your monthly bill once your contract has ended. So at the end of your contract your price will increase by only £4/month from the last month’s payment for the flexibility of having no long term commitment by moving to a rolling 30 day contract. Every April you will receive our annual broadband price increase of £2/month.
Do the price increases affect my other Community Fibre services?
The end of contract and out of contract price increases only apply to your broadband package and will not affect your additional services, such as TV, Calls, Norton Security or WiFi in Every Room.
This means that, whatever your total in contract package price is at the end of your contract, you'll only pay an extra £4/month when your contract comes to an end plus an additional £2/month every April on your broadband. If you have a Broadband bundle including TV, Calls, Norton Security, Premium or WiFi in Every Room the increase will be added to your total bundle price.
What options do I have at the end of my contract?
We give you the flexibility of the following options:
-
Stay on a monthly rolling contract and pay an extra £4/month and subsequent £2/month every April.
-
Renew your broadband contract.
-
Pay an extra £4/month than your last month’s in contract price and an additional £2/month every April.
If you find a deal from another broadband provider and you are cancelling with us directly, you will need to let us know at least 30 days in advance of your contract end date to avoid any cancellation fees.
Can I upgrade at the end of my contract?
Of course. You can renew your broadband contract with us and keep saving with the UK’s No 1 ranked broadband provider according to the consumer champion Which? We're consistently much cheaper than BT, Virgin Media, Sky and all other providers. Plus we offer the fastest speeds in London – up to 3 Gbps (500-800 Mbps over WiFi). You can also build your ultimate broadband bundle with our Calls, Norton Security and TV services.
Who is affected by the out of contract price?
The out of contract price increases apply to all broadband customers after their minimum contract term finishes unless notified otherwise. However, if you decide to renew your contract with us before the end of your contract, you will not be charged any end of contract increase.
When will the end of contract and out of contract price changes happen?
We will apply the additional £4/month end of contract increase to your bill from month 13 of your billing cycle (if you are on a 12-month contract), month 19 (if you are on a 18-month contract), or month 25 (if you are on a 24-month contract).
We will apply the £2/month increase every April.
However, if you decide to renew your contract with us, you will not be charged any end of contract increase.
