How can I downgrade my package?
We understand that your broadband needs may change in life. If you are a new customer, you can change your package or contract within your 14-Day cooling-off period.
If you are still in contract, we do not allow downgrades outside of your cooling-off period. Our Terms and Conditions can offer more information on how your 14-day cooling off period works.
After your contract ends, you can downgrade to a lower package of your choice if you wish.
