Any approved credit will be applied directly to your Community Fibre bill.

- We'll review and validate your claim 60 days after your successful broadband activation.
- If successfully validate, we'll apply the bill credit to your Community Fibre account 30 days after approval.
Can I receive the money into my bank account?
