Home moves and transfers

You won't be eligible if:

You're moving between two Community Fibre-served properties

You're transferring a Community Fibre service to a new address

You are reconnecting a property where you previously had Community Fibre service within 2 months of disconnection from Community Fibre.

You're already a Community Fibre customer

Example

Eligible

  • You're currently with BT, Sky, Virgin Media, Vodafone or another broadband provider and switch to Community Fibre.
  • Only eligible on activation dates after 20/10/2026

Not eligible

  • You're already a Community Fibre customer and claiming Early Termination Fees payable to Community Fibre
  • You're cancelling and reordering Community Fibre at a different address.

The offer is only available where there is a genuine switch from a competing broadband provider.
