Check what phone or alarm equipment exists in your property(s) and who it's registered to. Common things landlords miss are door entry intercoms, lift emergency phones, communal fire alarm panels and any telecare devices a tenant may have arranged separately. It's worth contacting tenants directly to ask if they rely on any of these well before any switch date.
