Some devices may be affected. But rest assured, this is one of the most carefully managed parts of the whole switch-off. Providers have committed not to move anyone with a telecare device on to the new digital line until the device has been tested and confirmed to still work or replaced with a compatible one. What should I do right now if I have a telecare device?
