Billing - how is my part month bill calculated?

Your part month bill is calculated by taking your monthly package cost and dividing it by the number of days in the current month then multiplying that figure by the number of days your service has been active.

For example, if your bill date is the 29th and you add a £10 per month service on 21st November, you'll be charged for eight days (the time between 21st and 29th November, your next bill date).

To calculate the daily rate, that £10 will be divided by 30 (the number of days in November for this example) and then multiplied by eight; making your part month charge £2.67.
