I just moved in, and there's Community Fibre equipment in my home. What are my options?

If you've noticed any of our equipment around your home (see below), the great news is your home is pre-installed with our 100% full fibre broadband, and you have a few extra options available to you:
- If you wish to join to London's largest and fastest full fibre provider, simply get in touch via our web chat. As long as you have all the right equipment, we can get you up and running quickly without the need for installation.
- Should you wish to switch, but installation is needed, we will arrange it for the next available date and time that best suits you.
- If you do not need our services, please feel free to unplug and recycle our equipment.
