How to submit a Subject Access Request

We believe in giving you clear information, not jargon. A Subject Access Request (SAR) is just a way of requesting any information we may have on our records for you – and you have the right to ask for access to your personal information.

When you put in a SAR, we'll get you a copy of the personal information we hold on you and double-check that we are lawfully processing it.

We'll aim to complete your requests within one month, but please do keep in mind that we may need to extend this time by up to two months if the request is complex or we've received multiple requests from the same person.
