WiFi in Every Room explained

Our new WiFi in Every Room service helps you say goodbye to those annoying WiFi dead spots and turn your home into the ultimate hotspot. It's installed by our specialist engineers and tailored to the needs of your home, making it the perfect choice for device-heavy households with stubbornly thick walls, uniquely shaped extensions or those who simply want better coverage in those hard-to-reach areas of their home.

Can anyone add WiFi in Every Room to their package?

Our WiFi in Every Room service is available for new and existing Community Fibre customers with speeds of 150 Mbps and higher. All you need to do is join Community Fibre or upgrade with us and add WiFi in Every Room to your package.

Are there any additional costs?

You can add WiFi in Every Room to your package for an extra £10/month. We charge a small £14.95 set up fee for our 12 and 24-month contracts for all new customers. Please note that there is also an additional £20 set up fee for customers taking up our WiFi in Every Room installation service on a 12-month contract. Unlike other providers, we do not simply ship you a kit to install, troubleshoot and onboard yourself. Instead, we aim to take the hassle out of broadband installation. Our specialist engineers will come by, install your service and make sure you have everything you need to start enjoying your 100% full fibre services as soon as possible. What is the WiFi in Every Room guarantee? We are confident that out bespoke service will help deliver consistent speeds throughout your home, and guarantee WiFi coverage in up to five bedrooms and 12 rooms in total, across a maximum of three floors. If not - we'll give you three months' free broadband.

If we can't provide at least 35 Mbps WiFi at the furthest point from the router after your WiFi in Every Room installation, you won't be charged. Instead, we'll give you three months of broadband for free, and your service will return to its original package before the WiFi in Every Room service was applied.
