Billing - what happens if I cant pay my bill ?
We’re here to help. If you’d like to discuss anything about your account, including changing your billing date to align better with your pay day, or if you are struggling with your monthly payments, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
If you don’t keep up with your monthly payments, we will have to suspend your service until your account balance is cleared. Please note, that missed payments may affect your credit history. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are received by the payment due date.
You might want to consider a lower broadband speed. All our customers are eligible for our Essential 35 Mbps package, offering a low-cost 100% full fibre broadband option, helping you stay connected and tackle your everyday online tasks for £12.50/month.
Please do keep in mind that, as per our Terms and Conditions (Section 6, Payment - clause 6.3), we cannot be held accountable for any bank charges that may occur as a result of non-payment.
